Daan de Rie

Daan de Rie is an experienced data analyst currently working at GITP since June 2023. Daan is also a Master's student in Data Driven Business at Hogeschool Utrecht, a position held since August 2020. Previously, Daan completed an internship as a Data Talent at Den of Data where the focus was on developing a data-driven perspective to enhance employee retention. Additional internships include optimizing a coaching platform at upUco, contributing to performance management at LVNL, and engaging in HR analytics at Provincie Utrecht. Daan's early experience includes roles in HR and administration at HORNBACH Baumarkt AG. Daan earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Christelijke Hogeschool Ede from 2016 to 2020.
