Marselha Godoy

Marselha (Tinelli) Godoy, MScA, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and marketing. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager for Create-A-Treat® at Give and Go Prepared Foods since September 2022, Marselha also contributes to academia as a Professor at Conestoga College in the School of Business. Previous roles include Marketing and Business Intelligence Manager at Cosmetica Laboratories Inc from 2019 to 2022, and National Key Account Manager at Homestar North America from 2017 to 2019. Marselha held various senior brand management positions at O Boticário between 2005 and 2015 and gained experience as Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at L'Oréal from 2002 to 2005. Marselha's academic qualifications include an Executive Education degree in Digital Marketing Strategies from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Digital Marketing Management certificate from the University of Toronto, a Master of Science in Business Administration from Ibmec, an MBA in Marketing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
