Carolina Goradesky

Carolina Goradesky is an accomplished professional in sustainability and event management, currently serving as the Head of Global Sustainability at PCMA since May 2023. Carolina previously held the role of Conference Programmes Manager at WindEurope from August 2021 to May 2023 and worked as a Project Manager for Events and Engagement at FIDI Global Alliance between October 2019 and August 2021. Notably, Carolina managed the ESTRO annual congress, attracting over 6500 delegates, while also serving as Education Project Manager in a self-employed capacity from 2005 to 2012. Early career experience includes working as an Architecture Consultant for various sectors in Brazil and as an Associate Architect at Cyrela Brasil Realty. Carolina holds multiple advanced degrees, including ongoing studies in Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Architecture from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco.
