Martin Halvorsen

Martin Halvorsen currently serves as the Director of Branding, Talent, and Mobility at Gjensidige since September 2024. Prior to this role, Martin led Talent Management at Multiconsult, overseeing the company's People Policy, succession planning, and performance management from February 2017 to September 2024. Martin has also held positions as an HR Business Partner and advisor at Visindi AS, a leading Nordic player in executive search, from June 2012 to February 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as a Communications and Competence Advisor at Bergen Næringsråd, focusing on recruitment, labor market issues, and diversity projects, and as a Project Employee at the Career Center in Bergen, managing trainee programs and recruitment campaigns. Martin holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Bergen and graduated from Flekkefjord VGS.
