Silje Bredesen

Silje Bredesen is an experienced enterprise agile coach at Gjensidige since April 2018, responsible for leading the transformation towards agility at the organizational level. Silje has held various roles within Gjensidige, including Head of Digital Development for Private Norway, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing all development and launches for 800,000 private customers, and as Leader for Digital Service, managing product teams focused on self-service solutions. Prior to Gjensidige, Silje worked at Netlight as an Associate Consultant and Business Developer, and held positions at Høyer, Samsung Electronics, and Bianco Footwear. Silje holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and has international experience from studying at UNSW.
