Debbie Adams

Debbie Adams is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the aerospace, retail, and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Vice President of HR, Talent & Engagement at GKN Aerospace since January 2015, Debbie also held the position of Head of Talent & Development. Prior to GKN Aerospace, Debbie worked as an HR Consultant at DLA, focusing on advisory support for employee relations issues. Debbie's earlier experience includes significant roles at World Duty Free Group, where responsibilities included managing HR teams across multiple terminals, and at LEGOLAND Windsor, providing HR services in hospitality and overseeing recruitment for a large seasonal workforce. Debbie holds a CIPD Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from the University of West London and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Lancashire.
