Frank Perez

Frank Perez is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in transforming and optimizing manufacturing and operational processes in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Operations & Facilities at GKN Aerospace, Frank oversees a substantial campus with over 400 employees and is focused on implementing Lean methodologies and enhancing operational excellence. Previous roles include VP Ops and Site Lead at Woodward, Inc., where Frank established best-in-class program management strategies and drove Lean transformations, as well as Director of Operations at Esterline Technologies Corporation, managing multiple sites and improving operational efficiencies. Frank's expertise encompasses team building, strategy deployment, Lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement, supported by academic credentials from the UW Foster School of Business and California State University San Marcos.
