Katie Donbavand

Katie Donbavand is an experienced retention manager and contributing editor with a strong background in media and marketing. Currently, Katie serves as the Retention Manager for Barron's, MarketWatch, and the Wall Street Journal at Dow Jones, where responsibilities include developing and optimizing retention strategies for a diverse subscriber base. Concurrently, Katie holds contributing editor positions at Glamour, ELLE Magazine, and Seventeen Magazine, alongside serving as a BTS Editor for InStyle, specializing in K-Pop content. Previous roles include Senior Retention Manager at Meredith Corporation and Associate Producer at InStyle. Katie began the career as a writer and project manager for various platforms after earning a Bachelor of Arts in English Communications from Emmanuel College.
