Howard W. Sams

Mr. Sams is currently the President and CEO of Health Outlook Corp., a biotech company focused on modern proteomics to better predict health events and improve outcomes using proprietary algorithms.

He joined Health Outlook in January 2022 after 22 years at Siemens Healthineers, Roche Diagnostics & Boston Scientific, where he held global senior leadership roles across the spectrum of commercial execution, including product development, marketing, sales, strategy, business development, finance, market access. His teams served hospital systems, physician groups, patients, biopharma, retail pharmacies and payors in the areas of, cardiology, molecular, pathology, oncology, diabetes & infectious disease.

Howard has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and BS in Finance from Butler University.
