Federico Agusto

Federico Agusto is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Business Partner and HR Country Head for the Netherlands and Finland at GSK since September 2023, Federico previously held significant positions at Boehringer Ingelheim, including Regional HR Business Partner for Human Pharma & Operations and HR Business Partner for Animal Health in the MIDI region. Federico's experience also encompasses roles at BASF, where responsibilities included consulting for multiple business units and managing remuneration and training. Federico began career in HR with a strong foundation in labor relations and payroll management at BASF and has also worked as a tennis instructor. Academic credentials include an MBA and a Master’s in Human Resources from Universidad de 'San Andrés', along with a degree in Human Resources from UADE.
