Fred Rolfe

Fred Rolfe has extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure Engineering/Energy Policy Process at GlaxoSmithKline, Fred has previously held the position of Head of Operations & Capital Projects (Property) at Vodafone (UK) and worked as a Principal Engineer at Southampton University Hospitals NHS Trust. Fred holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors (BEng(Hons)) in Environmental Engineering, Building Services from Southbank University, obtained between 1986 and 1990.
