Hewan Wole is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Marketing Director for Strategy & Operations at ViiV Healthcare, Hewan previously held multiple roles at GSK, including Head External Affairs for the Women’s Leadership Initiative and several senior management positions, where key accomplishments included managing a cross-functional team of 50 across 20 markets, leading commercial operations performance discussions, and receiving the 2022 Ahead Together Award for fostering an inclusive environment. Hewan's earlier experience includes roles as a Project Manager and Portfolio Marketing Manager, significantly impacting commercial strategies and digital marketing initiatives in various regions. An educational background includes a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Rabat, a Master of Business Administration from Istanbul Bilgi University, and a degree in Biology from the Faculty of Science and Techniques of Tangiers.
