Youssef El-Bahtimy

Youssef El-Bahtimy is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, specializing in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Operational Technology (OT) Security. Currently serving as the MES & Digital Solutions Lead at GSK since December 2022, Youssef previously held the role of Automation Information & Systems Manager at Horizon Controls Group, where responsibilities included leading the AIS department and engaging with industry standards groups. Earlier career roles involved providing expertise in industrial automation and control systems at Proconex and Automation Applications Inc, with a strong focus on system integration and advanced control applications. Youssef holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University.
