Yuill Cassells

Yuill Cassells has extensive experience in operations management, with a focus on plant management and overseeing various aspects of the manufacturing process. Yuill started their career at Seaboard Lloyd as a Plant Manager in 1987 and worked there until 2002. From 2002 to 2008, Yuill worked as an Operations Manager at Woodgroup Pressure Controls. Yuill then joined GE Oil & Gas in 2008, where they initially served as a Plant Manager and was later promoted to Operations Director. During their time at GE Oil & Gas, Yuill was responsible for plant P&L, facility set up, plant control, procurement, supply chain, commercial, contracts, staff development, workshop manufacturing, and warehouse management. In 2013, they joined Glacier Energy Services as an Operations Manager for Wellclad, a position they held until 2014. Currently, Yuill is serving as the Operations Director at Valve Components Limited since 2014.
