Glenn Stieper possesses extensive experience in the mining and metallurgical sectors, currently serving as the Director of Growth & Solutions at Glencore Technology, after holding positions such as Mineral Processing Manager and Study Manager at GlencoreXstrata Copper. Prior to this, Glenn worked as the Lead Metallurgist at Xstrata Queensland Limited and as the Lead Process Engineer at Bateman Engineering Pty Ltd. Additionally, Glenn has provided expertise as a Consultant Metallurgist at Independent Metallurgical Operations Pty Ltd. Educational qualifications include studies at Queensland University of Technology from 2019 to 2020 and a degree from the Western Australian School of Mines from 2002 to 2005.
