Jacques Rossouw

Jacques Rossouw currently serves as the Maintenance Manager at Glencore, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this, Jacques held the role of Mobile Maintenance Superintendent at Hunter Valley Operation from September 2017 to September 2023, managing maintenance for a fleet of 95 haul trucks and other equipment, overseeing a $90 million annual budget, and leading a team of 169 personnel. Jacques has extensive experience in mobile maintenance management, having worked with Rio Tinto in similar capacities, and with BHP Billiton in various superintendent roles focused on maintenance analysis, development, and engineering projects with significant budgets. Educational qualifications include a Diploma of Business in Frontline Management from the Australian Institute of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
