Erik Jan de Boer

Erik Jan de Boer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) since January 2016, Erik Jan also co-founded Sprig Labs, a consulting firm based in Singapore, in January 2014 and functions as its Managing Director. Prior to these roles, Erik Jan provided full-time nursing care as a Private Nurse at Elder Care Leave from January 2014 to August 2015. Erik Jan's experience at Thomson Reuters includes positions as Head of Sales Effectiveness for Asia and Marketing Manager for India and Asia, where Erik Jan played an instrumental role in establishing growth strategies and managing sales campaigns. Erik Jan began the professional journey at Thomson Reuters as a Business Development Manager and Key Account Sales Executive. Erik Jan holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam, completed in 2002.
