Jim Northcutt

Jim Northcutt is an experienced consulting specialist and principal consultant with a strong background in leadership coaching and operations support, particularly in the consumer packaged goods industry. Currently serving as a consulting specialist for GLG and as a principal consultant and owner of RBM Operational Consulting LLC, Jim Northcutt focuses on operational performance challenges and asset management. Prior experience includes leading innovation and productivity initiatives at United 1 International Laboratories, where significant cost savings were achieved through automation strategies. A lengthy tenure at Frito-Lay spanned over three decades, culminating in the role of Director of North American Maintenance and Engineering, where Jim Northcutt oversaw capital and maintenance programs across numerous manufacturing facilities.
