Dorrell Moncrease Sr.

Dorrell Moncrease Sr. is a seasoned professional in workforce development and housing services, currently serving as the Workforce Development Program Manager at Roots Community Health Center since December 2022. Previously, Dorrell held the position of Program Director for Project Homekey at LifeMoves from August 2021 to May 2022 and served as the Director of Housing at New Community Pathways Inc. from August 2015 to September 2021. Dorrell's experience includes leading critical program expansions and turnarounds at organizations such as Our Family Coalition and Abode Services, where effective strategies were implemented to secure funding and enhance service delivery. Earlier roles include managing a health navigation pilot program for Kaiser Permanente and directing children services at Episcopal Community Services. Dorrell holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Cal State East Bay and an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Contra Costa College.
