Dave Hertel

Dave Hertel is a seasoned IT Systems engineer and consultant with extensive experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM). Currently serving as a Senior ServiceNow ITOM consultant at GlideFast Consulting, Dave focuses on building solutions, conducting CMDB assessments, and implementing best practices for enterprise CMDBs and the Common Services Data Model (CSDM). Previous roles include senior consultancy at CDW and expertise in ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Configuration Management at companies such as ConfigureTek and Volteo. With a strong foundation in user-centered design and user experience from a long tenure at Intel Corporation, along with earlier experience at Honeywell and Reuters, Dave holds a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems.
