Derek Crocker

Derek Crocker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and food service management. At GlideFast Consulting since May 2021, Derek has held several positions, including Principal Technical Trainer and Principal Process Trainer, demonstrating expertise in technical training and process development. Prior to this role, Derek worked as a Vocational Coach at SEEM Collaborative, supporting students in acquiring life skills and employment competencies. Derek also has experience in the food service industry, having held positions as Shift Team Lead at Eataly and various roles at Legal Sea Foods, LAZ Parking, and Dunkin Donuts. Derek earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management from Johnson & Wales University in 2017.
