Shawn Bentz

Shawn Bentz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Glidewell Dental since November 2015. Prior roles at Glidewell Dental include Sr. Manager, Manager, and Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior to this, Shawn held the position of Staffing Manager at Nelson Staffing and served as Branch Manager at Randstad USA, where responsibilities included providing HR solutions. Shawn's leadership extends to active participation in community organizations, including roles on the boards of the Irvine Chamber Emerging Professionals Committee and OCYR. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Director of Sales at Mob Empire/Ultimate Wires. Shawn holds a degree in History from UC Irvine.
