Jessica So

Jessica So currently serves as the Head of Partnerships and Special Projects Lead at Glints since October 2023. Previous experience includes roles such as an MBA Strategy Intern at Generation and a Graduate Research Assistant at Harvard's Belfer Center. Jessica has also interned at Stitch Fix, Esquel Group, and held various consulting positions at Dalberg from September 2017 to April 2020. An Investment Analyst position at ADM Capital involved sustainable agriculture and renewable energy investments in Indonesia, while a background in investment banking includes roles at Goldman Sachs and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Education comprises an MBA and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard, alongside a Bachelor of Science with Highest Honors from Cornell University and a study abroad experience at the University of Oxford.
