Paula Zalduegui Egaña

Ms. Paula Zalduegui Egaña has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Deusto in San Sebastián and a Master's degree in International Management of Industrial Projects from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid. She began her professional career at Aernnova Aerospace, in the Business Development area. In 2016 she joined Gestamp, in the Investment area, where she was Responsible for CAPEX. She is currently part of the company's Talent team. In addition, since 2021, she is part of the Internal Management Council of the Investment Portfolio of Elidoza Promotion of Companies.

He is the natural person representative of one of the joint administrators Elidoza Mejora de Empresas SL, which as of December 31, 2021 owns 5.27% of the total shares of Global Dominion Access, SA.
