Chris Lonas

Chris Lonas, SHRM-TA, is an experienced humanitarian and talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment, operations management, and human resources. Currently serving as a Humanitarian at Global Goodwill Ambassadors since September 2018, Chris has held various managerial roles at Cielo Talent, including Client Services Manager for Talent Acquisition Central Services, and has successfully managed teams and large-scale recruitment initiatives. As the founder of Kualafy.com, Chris created a job board focused on connecting job seekers with potential employers. Previous experience includes recruitment and staffing roles at Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. and human resources supervision at George's, Inc., as well as managing orthopedic and sports medicine practices at Rockingham Memorial Hospital. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University and completed a Dale Carnegie training program in leadership development.
