John Casterline

John Casterline is a seasoned legal executive currently serving as General Counsel at Global Guardian since December 2023. Prior to this role, John held the position of General Counsel at Arch Amenities Group from December 2015 to November 2023, where responsibilities included the authorship and negotiation of the company’s entire contract portfolio. John has extensive experience as a Solo Practitioner in corporate counsel, non-profit law, estate planning, and criminal law from January 2014 to December 2015, and served as an Associate at Three Bridges Law focusing on corporate governance and estate planning. Additionally, John worked as a Senior Analyst at Travelex Global Business Payments from January 2008 to November 2010, specializing in regulatory compliance. John began a legal career with a summer internship at the U.S. Department of Justice in 2006. Educationally, John holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Sociology from Virginia Tech.
