Shelley Osborne

Shelley Osborne has extensive experience in administrative and production management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Production Manager at Global Information Systems LLC since May 2010, Shelley oversees the MAOP Verification Projects for Nisource and Holly Energy. Previous roles include Document Control Specialist for MAOP Verification at Global Information Systems and Administrative Assistant at CDI Engineering, where support was provided to Columbia Gas. Shelley's background also includes significant administrative support at Augusta Engineering & Design, Children’s Dentistry, Jackson and Kelly, and One Valley Bank. Additionally, Shelley holds a Project Management Fundamentals Certificate from the University of Houston School of Continuing & Professional Studies, complemented by educational pursuits at West Virginia State University and the University of Charleston.
