Dorian Gay

Dorian Gay is a seasoned professional in educational planning and management, currently serving as a Senior Grant Management Specialist at the Global Partnership for Education since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Officer in the Director’s office and Programme Specialist at the International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP UNESCO) from 2002 to September 2021, where responsibilities encompassed institutional strategic planning, programme monitoring, and technical assistance to UNESCO Member States. Dorian Gay's expertise extends to capacity development and training in education development projects, having initially contributed as an Assistant Programme Specialist at UNESCO and later at IIEP. Educational qualifications include a DESS in Education Development from Université Paris Cité and a Baccalauréat in Économie from Lycée Levavasseur.
