Priya Swamy is a seasoned professional in the fields of project finance, renewable energy, and environmental technology, currently serving as a Consulting Partner at the Global Project Finance Advisory Council since December 2023. Previously, Priya held the position of VP Sustainable Energy & Environment at Allegheny Science & Technology, leading hydrogen mobility strategies and overseeing the WV Advanced Energy and Industrial Technology Manufacturing Consortium. Prior experience includes roles at the DOE Loan Programs Office as a Federal Project Engineer, providing technical reviews and management for loan applications, and extensive tenure at the U.S. Department of Energy, where responsibilities spanned from financial oversight to project management in energy efficiency and renewable technologies.
