Rafael Grullon

Rafael Grullon, GTP CCTE, serves as the Director of Business Travel & Advisor Success at Global Travel Collection since July 2023. With extensive experience in travel management, Rafael previously held the position of Director of Account Management at Protravel International from March 2017 to October 2023, as well as Corporate Account Manager for the Midwest and West Coast regions. Prior experience includes serving as a Specialist in Travel Services & Hotel Programs at the American Bar Association from August 2006 to February 2017, where responsibilities involved developing and managing major travel services and hotel programs. Rafael began their career as an Airport Agent at American Airlines from November 1997 to August 2006, focusing on customer service and operational processes. Rafael holds a degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, where studies were completed from 1997 to 2001.
