Ruby Eastop

Ruby Eastop is the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at Global since November 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles at Morgan Stanley, where Ruby served as EMEA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Associate and Analyst from August 2021 to November 2023, and as an HR Industrial Placement Student in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from June 2019 to July 2020. Ruby's early career includes serving as a Student Ambassador at the University of Leeds from November 2017 to June 2021. Ruby holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from the University of Leeds (2017-2021) and completed A-Levels and an IB Higher Certificate at Chelmsford County High School for Girls (2015-2017).
