Tan Jia Cheng

Tan Jia Cheng is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at GlobalFoundries since July 2024, specializing in lithography and unit module development for the 55/65nm technology node. Prior to this role, Tan was a Staff Engineer at Lumileds, managing die design and development projects from inception to product qualification, and also contributed as a Senior Engineer in the same team. Tan's earlier experience includes a position as a Process & Equipment Engineer at Micron Technology, focusing on photolithography quality and process troubleshooting. Tan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, completed in 2010, and received A level education at Hwa Chong Junior College.
