Ievgen Gorodkov

Ievgen Gorodkov has extensive experience in Learning and Development and IT recruitment, currently serving as the EMEA Head of the Training Team at GlobalLogic since August 2012, managing a team of 15 L&D Specialists and overseeing training for over 12,000 employees across the EMEA region. Previous roles at GlobalLogic included UA Head of Learning & Development, where Ievgen managed a team of 18 Specialists, and Lead L&D Specialist, focusing on internal initiatives and capacity planning. Earlier experience includes positions as an IT Recruiter/HR Manager at Zoral and IT Staffing Manager and IT Recruiter at TEAM International. Ievgen holds a Specialist degree in Project Management and a Masters in English from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute."
