Dean Kershaw

Dean Kershaw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and engineering. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at GlobalVox since March 2020 and holding the position of Wachtmeister Chair in Science and Engineering at Virginia Military Institute since August 2017, Kershaw has also established Kershaw Global LLC, where Kershaw serves as Founder and CEO since February 2016. Previously, Kershaw was Vice President of International Enterprise Solutions at L-3 National Security Solutions from October 2008 to February 2016, and Program Manager for SBInet at L-3 Global Security & Engineering Services from January 2007 to October 2008. Kershaw's military career includes serving as a Colonel in the US Army Corps of Engineers from March 1970 to April 1999. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute, a Master's in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, and a diploma in National Security Policy from the National War College.
