Howard Chapman

Howard (Skip) Chapman, CISSP, C-CISO, serves as the Senior Director of Sales and Programs for Public Sector Markets at Fortra since October 2021, focusing on expanding the Public Sector Sales Team and go-to-market programs. Chapman has extensive experience in cybersecurity, having previously held the role of Director of Federal Sales at Fortra, where efforts concentrated on integrated cybersecurity solutions for enterprise security management. As Vice Chair and Corporate Advisor at GlobalWatch Technologies since January 2001, Chapman has led international government-focused sales programs and provided cybersecurity consulting and advisory services. Additionally, Chapman founded and previously presided over ISSA-NOVA, contributing to the cybersecurity professional association. Prior experience includes managing international sales and business operations at MissionTEQ and leading sales initiatives for PKI technologies and IAM solutions at Conclusive Logic, Inc. Educational background includes a BSBA in Business Management, Marketing Management, and Engineering from Old Dominion University.
