Ojeswi Kapani

Ojeswi Kapani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and service delivery. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at Globiva since February 2020, Ojeswi has previously held the position of CRM & Operations Head at MECHTROTECH Projects Pvt. Ltd, where responsibilities included managing key accounts and driving project strategies. Ojeswi also worked as a Service Delivery Leader at Aegis Limited, overseeing delivery for a major telecom client in the Middle East, and at Wipro, where process quality and account P&L were key responsibilities. Ojeswi holds a B.I.T degree from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and completed secondary education at St. Thomas Boys School.
