Ava Johnson

Ava Johnson is currently serving as an Influencer and Talent Coordinator at Glossier, Inc. since November 2023. Previously, Ava held the position of Gen-Z-In-Residence/Social Media Intern at Good Weird, and worked as a Global Talent Development and DE&I Intern at Fresh, where Ava led a project aimed at improving retention rates among Early Career Professionals. Ava’s earlier experience includes a Marketing Intern role at The Verticale, contributing to copywriting, social media engagement, and influencer marketing initiatives. Ava obtained a degree in Blackness, Consumerism, and the Culture Industries from New York University, graduating in 2023.
