Megha Don Bosco

Megha Don Bosco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and behavioral science. As Co-Founder of Glow Worm Consulting since July 2015, Megha leads initiatives focused on fostering positive change and growth within organizations. Prior roles include Program In-Charge for the Executive Program in OD and Change at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and Assistant Manager HR at Excellon Software. Megha also served as an International Marketing Consultant at Indian School of Business, enhancing marketing strategies for international markets. Additional experience includes key positions at TEKsystems and ITC Infotech, focusing on employee and client management, technical recruitment, and resource management. Megha holds an M.B.A from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Computer Application from Christ University, Bangalore.
