Michael Marez

Michael Marez currently serves as an Advisor to the Board at Glowstik, providing strategic advice to the company's directors and management team since March 2020. Prior to this role, Michael was the CFO of Zeeram Corporation from January 2014 to March 2020, where financial leadership and corporate strategy were delivered for the company's software and IT consulting services. As Chief Executive Officer of Prime Plus from March 2006 to December 2013, Michael completed the development of residential housing projects and managed the liquidation of company assets. Earlier in their career, Michael held the position of Executive Vice President at Pulte Mortgage from September 1996 to February 2006, where an investment in a Mexican mortgage bank was successfully managed and significantly profited. Michael holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Colorado Boulder.
