Aaliyah Feliz

Aaliyah Feliz is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in educational and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at GLSEN since December 2022, Aaliyah has previously held roles including Consultant and Development Operations Manager at the Metropolitan College of New York from December 2021 to May 2023. Aaliyah demonstrated strong business management skills as the Business Operations Manager at Success Academy Charter Schools, overseeing operations for a K-8 school and focusing on strategic goals and stakeholder engagement from July 2018 to June 2022. Additional roles include Senior Operations Associate and Community Relations Manager at Convoy of Hope, where Aaliyah facilitated office operations for fundraising initiatives. Aaliyah began the professional journey as a Marketing & Hospitality Intern with EngageMyLife Study Abroad Program in 2014. Aaliyah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Intercultural Studies from Evangel University and attended Missouri State University for Arabic studies.
