Michael Wyzga

Michael Wyzga serves as an Independent Director and Biotech Consultant at MSW Consulting Inc. since November 2013, providing consulting services to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. In addition, Michael holds the position of Chairman of the Board at GenSight Biologics and X4 Pharmaceuticals, both focused on innovative treatments in biotechnology. Michael has been Chairman of the Board at Mereo BioPharma since 2013, overseeing the development of therapies for rare diseases, and previously led the Audit Committee at LogicBio Therapeutics and Exact Sciences. Prior roles include President and CEO at Radius Health and Executive Vice President and CFO at Genzyme Corporation. Michael earned an MBA from Providence College and a bachelor's degree in finance from Suffolk University.
