Sanjay Gulati

Sanjay Gulati is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in corporate tax strategy and litigation. Since February 2014, Sanjay has been serving as the Group Executive Vice President for Corporate Tax-IDT and Litigation at GMR Airports Ltd and as the Vice President of Corporate Tax-IDT at GMR Group, contributing to various sectors including airport development, power generation, and hospitality by providing strategic tax insights and ensuring compliance. Prior to this, Sanjay held the position of Tax Director at Walmart India from September 2007 to 2014 and was the Corporate Head of Indirect Taxation & Legal at Whirlpool of India from August 1996 to May 2007. Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with a focus on International Business, Trade, and Tax Law, as well as Corporate Laws from Delhi University.
