Sundeep Prasanna

Sundeep Prasanna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the trading and commercial sectors of the natural resources industry. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for the Trading Business at GMR Group since February 2021, Sundeep has previously held leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer of Trading Business at BALAJI MALTS PRIVATE LIMITED, Business Head for Coal Trading at Adani Enterprises Limited, and Vice President of Coal Business at Adani Global Pte Ltd. Additional experience includes significant commercial positions at Hindustan Zinc Ltd., where Sundeep advanced from Head of Domestic Sales & Marketing to Chief Commercial Officer, as well as roles at Sterlite Industries and Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd. Sundeep holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
