Arron Harris is an experienced operations and human resources manager with a strong background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Human Resources Manager at Sam's Boat since September 2019, Arron successfully revamped the bar program and facilitated the transition of the Cypress location from a franchise to a corporate entity. Previous roles include Manager of Operations & Training at Lasco Enterprises, where Arron opened Houston's first NextGen restaurant, and Manager/Lead New Restaurant Opening Trainer at Blaze Pizza, LLC, with a focus on training and developing team members. Additional experience includes roles at The Cajun Stop as Franchise Business Manager and at The Boiling Crab as General Manager. Arron is pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Sociology at the University of Houston-Downtown and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Human Resources Management at Lone Star College-CyFair.
