Damian Fanduiz

Damian Fanduiz is a finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and private equity. Currently serving as a Strategic Finance Associate at Caribou since September 2024, Damian previously held the role of Private Equity Associate at Highview Capital from July 2023 to September 2024. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank from July 2021 to April 2023, and as a Summer Analyst with the same organization in July 2020. Additionally, Damian contributed as an Investment Research Analyst at the Harvard Financial Analysts Club between February 2018 and December 2019, and managed the NCAA Men's Lacrosse Team at Harvard University during part of the same period. A summer research intern at JLL in 2019, Damian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.
