Jaime Hecksher

Jaime Hecksher is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in content management and social services. Currently serving as a Content Program Manager at Brightside since May 2022, Jaime previously held the role of Content Strategist at Included Health from March 2021 to May 2022. Jaime's extensive experience at Accolade, Inc. spanned over a decade, where multiple roles included Manager of Knowledge Content and Senior Knowledge Content Analyst. Earlier positions included Reminiscence Coordinator at Sunrise Senior Living, Director of Social Services at both Prospect Park Health and Rehabilitation Residence and Rosemont Presbyterian Village, as well as Guardian Agent at Northwestern Human Services and Director of Social Services at Haverford Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
