Charlotte H.

Charlotte H. is an experienced professional in customer experience and product management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience and Head of Community at goConfirm since February 2024. Prior to this role, Charlotte held the position of Web Growth Manager at 7shifts from November 2023 to May 2024, and was the Product Lead at Thin Air Labs from April 2021 to November 2023. Additional experience includes roles as Product Manager at Forward Security Inc. and Technology Program Manager at LUS Brands, as well as Product Manager at SV Academy.
