Natalie Santana serves as the Sr. Director of Care Support and Services at GoDaddy since September 2018, having also held roles as Director of Customer Support and Director of Program Management. Prior experience includes a tenure at Direct Energy from October 2009 to September 2018, where Natalie was the Call Center Site Leader, overseeing strategic planning and management for over 250 employees, along with various leadership roles focused on business growth and operational success across multiple energy campaigns. Earlier experience at Highland House involved managing business development and strategic planning as a Regional Sales Representative. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Penn State University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
