Joe Hallmark

Joe Hallmark is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social services and community outreach. Currently serving as a consultant and holding various leadership roles at Goddard Riverside Community Center since September 2005, Joe has progressed from coordinator to director positions, including director of the Manhattan Outreach Consortium and director of special initiatives. Additionally, Joe has been the general manager at Advanced Restoration since August 2015 and served as a clinical therapist at Project Renewal from September 2004 to September 2005. Joe holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University.
