Mohit heads the business development function and also leads business operations for the North region at Godrej Properties Ltd. Since he took over the business development function in 2010, Mohit and his team have undertaken a complete turnaround of the business and have delivered fantastic results.Despite the adverse macro-economic scenario, Mohit's team has signed 22 new projects across various key markets over the past 4 years. Mohit's work at GPL has been instrumental in pioneering several new business models in the real estate industry, which have been extremely effective in increasing the profits while successfully mitigating the business risks for the company.In addition to his business development role, Mohit has also undertaken the responsibility of leading operations for the North region.A management graduate from the Indian Institute of Management (Kolkata), Mohit is a strong believer of sustaining continuous learning for himself and his team. With a strong career graph spanning over 12 years, Mohit has worked with some of the best companies in India, and has a rich and diversified experience of working across real estate, private equity and consulting domains. Prior to joining Godrej, Mohit was associated with Unilever, A.T. Kearney, Unitech and Redevco in various strategic roles.
